Tree Tops is a superb finca-style modern Detached Villa with an
' Infinity pool', large gardens of half an acre in an
elevated hillside location overlooking the beautiful Jalon Valley.

An ideal holiday Villa for Couples or Families with children from five years, looking for something special - a tranquil,peaceful location, no noisy neighbours or passing cars, yet only a few minutes to the local Village and neighbouring towns.
No Smoking inside the property - only the garden.

Tree-Tops is a one level Villa with three large Bedrooms.
Master + En-suite and comfy king-size bed.
Bedroom two has a large Super-king bed and Bedroom three has
twin beds.
All bedrooms are spacious and bright with plenty of storage, crisp linen, soft pillows and soft bath towels.

All rooms in the Villa have insect netting on the windows and
ceiling fans.

The Kitchen (electric) has a huge American fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Hob + Oven and Microwave with all cooking utensils necessary.

A separate Dining room with large glass table and seating for
six leads into a spacious Sitting room with comfy Sofa's, overlooking the pool. Large selection of English novels,
English & Continental TV channels, CD/DVD player plus
FREE use of fast speed Internet connection (free WiFi) if you bring your laptop.

Outside are two terraces, the smaller one is a 'courtyard '
Dining area for six, with open unobstructed views towards the mountains and Jalon Valley.
There is a separate covered area,(Naya) with additional seating.

A few steps down to the larger terrace, with your own private 'Infinity' pool and special coloured light system,
(perfect for evening swims) an outside 'solar' Shower,
pretty gardens, a gas BBQ and sun beds.
Perfect for sunbathing in the south-facing garden with all day
sun and the most amazing Sunsets over the mountains.

Here you will be able to relax and unwind, in the lush hilltop setting of only 37 individually designed private Villas.
No noise, no traffic, just a quiet cul-de-sac country road,
beautiful scenery - perfect tranquility.

The villa is built on one level, into the hillside, with just a
few steps up to the front door and down to the pool.

Due to the hilly terrain we feel this is not a holiday property
for very young children (under five).

The Villa is only a 20 minute easy drive to 'Blue-Flag' safe white sandy beaches at Moraira, Calpe & Javea - very nice Spanish towns and well worth a visit.

You are surrounded by green mountains, lush valleys and pretty Spanish villages, many bars and restaurants with daily local markets and colourful summer Fiestas to enjoy.
Why not take a drive into the mountains for fabulous views down to the sea.

For a day out we would recommend Benidorm, only half an hour by car, to visit the beautiful beaches, Aqualandia Water Park, or Terra Mitica Theme Park, or just simply enjoy a stroll around the old Spanish Town.

A car is essential to get the most out of your holiday and the area.

Our changeover day is SATURDAY for all summer Rentals.

The Villa is available to you from 16.00 hours on the Saturday you arrive, and to enable our cleaning team time to prepare the Villa for new Guests, we ask that you depart by 10.00am on the Saturday you leave.

Prices are in Euros based on Maximum SIX people sharing.

Payment via Bank Transfer only.

Villa not suitable for children younger than SIX years.

NO SMOKING inside the Villa - Garden area ONLY.

25% Deposit required to book with the Balance due six weeks prior to arrival.

Breakage Deposit of 300.00 Euros required with last payment.
Refundable, less any breakages one week after departure after Villa has been inspected.
