This pretty villa is situated in a cul-de-sac on a quiet, residential urbanisation. There is a large driveway, which can accommodate at least three cars. The villa is accessed by a few steps up to the pool area where there is a large, covered outside kitchen area with bar and BBQ. The view from the pool area is towards Mount Montgo, the sea and the Arenal beach.The naya (covered terrace) leads into the living/dining room with comfortable seating and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven,, kettle, microwave, dishwasher etc.The main bedroom, which has doors leading out on to the pool area, has king size bed,fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers plus a large en-suite shower room. There is an air conditioning unit in this bedroom.
The other two bedrooms have twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers and there are
air conditioning units in these two bedrooms.
There is also another shower room/wc. The living accommodation, pool and outside summer kitchen are all on one level. The villa is just a few minutes drive from the Arenal beach area with bars, restaurants, shops etc.
During the summer months there are many stalls along the Arenal promenade selling local products, crafts, jewellery etc.
The historic Old Town and the Port are just a couple of kilometres further on from the beach area.
During the summer months there are many fiestas taking place with colourful processions, floats and always fireworks.Nearer to the villa, there is a supermarket, a bank, three restaurants and a chemist.There are many activities available in the area. Golf, tennis, quad bikes, scuba diving, sailing, boat trips,
jet skis, beach volleyball, horse riding.
Mundomar (Sea World, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura Animal Park, Safari Parks, caves
There are also a number of night clubs in and around Javea

Javea is approximately half way between Alicante and Valencia airports, both of which have frequent, low cost flights from the UK and other parts of Europe. The journey time to and from both airports is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes using the motorways. The A-7 motorways have toll booths (peajes) and the current cost between the airports and Javea is currently about 6 euros each way.

To reach Javea, take Exit 62 or 63 and follow the signs for Javea/Xabia. The journey time from the motorway is approximately 20 minutes. All visitors are directed to the owner´s house in Javea, which is very easy to find, being located just off the main road into Javea. The owner will then take visitors to their rental villa

The villa is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated before 10.00am on day of departure. If visitors have a particularly early arrival or late departure flight time, alternative arrangements can be made with the owner.
