Welcome to House of the rising sun. A delightful villa with stunning views and comfortable, high quality furnishings. With huge open plan lounge dining room with spectacular, private pool 10m x 7m saline it has the wow factor. Set in well over 1 acre of private grounds this house enjoys a superior, tranquil and charming location so unlike the over crowded concrete jungle of urbanisations. Enjoying very easy access and just a 5 minute stroll to two excellent restaurants, a shop and the lakeside.

The Entrance hall with antique pine doors and plenty of space to store coats and shoes etc. .. .. .. .. .. ..
Sitting / Dining room is huge some bright sunny room 28'x 20. There are spectacular views from all angles with the gorgeous Saline Swimming Pool just steps away. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people and there is an open fire, Sky TV, dvd and two super large, feather filled couches.
The Kitchen is large, open plan and fully fitted and has all modern conveniences for up to 8 guests.
The Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with King sized bed supersprung divan bed and en suite shower room a / c heater sliding doors fabulous lake view.
Bedroom 2: King sized sofa bed supersprung country with lovely mountain views a / c heater.
Bedroom 3: Twin super sprung beds and two folding guest beds and lovely mountain views.
Bathroom: The Family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and bidet. There is also a tumble dryer for the odd wet winter day.
Bed linen is fully inclusive in your stay and the house can be cleaned and the linen can be changed weekly for a charge if you wish to have an extended stay.

There is an acre of private grounds to wander and explore. There is a garden area with flowers and shrubs, an orchard area, and loads of space for ball games. There is ample room for a barbeque by the pool. The pool is large and attractively shaped low with easy access steps at the far end. There are only one or two neighbors within 50m and neither are directly overlooking or at least are far enough away not to notice. This is not the usual off plan property urbanized, and yet offers restaurant facilities and is an easy 5 mins stroll to the lake side. The fishing is good and licenses can be obtained locally.

The pool (10m x 6) is saline Which means no chlorine smells horrid or blond hair turning green. The air-conditioning is top of the range and alternates as the central heating system in winter. The house is Particularly suitable for the elderly as internally it is all on one level with just two steps down to be poolside. with 2 bathrooms, huge open plan lounge dining room and spectacular 10m x 7m saline pool. With gorgeous Uninterrupted views across Lake Vinuela to the mighty Mount Maroma, this delightful villa stands on a large double plot offering privacy and tranquility. The single storey house + terrace has a prime, frontline, location, and just 5mins stroll away there are two excellent restaurants and the beautiful shores of Lake Vinuela to enjoy. Surrounded by wonderful touring and walking country, yet just 15 mins drive to the bustling seaside town of Torre del Mar. There is just so much to do, see and explore with the grand historical cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville all within a days trip . There are numerous villages with quaint little restaurants and bars close by in the fabulous Axarquia National Park, and along the Costa del Sol With a vast choice of activities to locally to enjoy such as horseback riding, scuba diving, rock climbing, cycling, hiking, fishing to name just a few there is never a chance of being bored. But then why not just relax by the pool with a good book and a full glass?

Directions to this holiday villa in Lake vinuela
From Malaga Airport follow the E 15 motorway towards Almeria, until you get to the slip road for Torre del Mar and Velez Malaga go around the round about beneath the motorway heading inland, pass Velez Malaga keeping on the A356 for around 9 km then cross the dam with the fabulous lake to the right and about 2 km further on you will find the villa.
Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival and departure is to be negotiated but normally arrive at 3.00pm and depart by 10.00am. I am quite flexible about dates as I am aware of flight prices variations.
