This attractive almost new townhouse with secure parking and private garden is in a quiet and peaceful area with no through traffic. The three-bedroom accommodation is situated in a small, enclosed complex with the shared pool only a few yards from the front door. The three bedrooms will comfortably sleep 6 and the immaculately furnished accommodation has ceiling fans in every room. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine. With its own secluded rear garden, terraced front balcony off the double bedroom and 3rd floor solariums to both the front and rear, sun or shade can be enjoyed all day. The area is non-commercialised, but near to all the required holiday facilities such as restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, blue-flag beaches. Some are on the doorstep others within a short walking distance and many more just a few minutes drive away. For activities, golf, tennis, water sports, aqua parks, rding, quad bikes and go-carting are all available in the immediate area. Four excellent and challenging Golf Courses within a 10 to 20 minute radius make this a golfers paradise. Torrevieja is 10 minutes away by car and is a delightful all year round Spanish town boasting an array of shops. Take a stroll down the beautiful palm-lined promenade with its daily market and at night street artists and entertainers. Visit the International Marina which holds around 1500 boats of all shapes and sizes, and enjoy fresh catches of the day in one of the numerous waterfront restaurants. Eating out on the Costa Blanca is a great enjoyment with many restaurants and bars to reflect the multi national flavours of the area. Look out for Spanish restaurants and bars with a 'Menu of the Day' where you can get lunch consisting of three or four courses with a bottle of wine for a few euros!! There is a Water Park and other amusements for the children. For those seeking all night entertainment, there are a number of nightclubs on the outskirts of the town, which offer dancing until daybreak.The very large and popular Playa Flamenca Saturday market is 200m from the complex where you will find an abundance of bargains and food produce . During high season the local beaches have banana boats, jet bikes and para-sailing. There are many other blue flag beaches around the Torrevieja area to choose from, some are secluded coves or longer stretches of beach to suit your taste.
The popularity of the area continues to grow, although the approach to tourism here is very different to the "standard package holiday resort". Hotels are comparatively rare with the majority of visitors renting villas. This style of holiday allows much greater flexibility, particularly where children are included.The Costa Blanca has one of the most beautiful Spanish coastlines.
Known as 'The White Coast' it boasts an average of 340 days of sunshine every year. temperatures of between 18 and 26 degrees during the months of January to June, and 25 to 32 degrees between July and September. This is an area that has been identified by the World Health Organisation as the healthiest place to live in Europe.

Only 20 minutes from Murcia airport and 40 minutes from Alicante airport, the villa is available for short and long term rentals. Close to some spectacular beaches which offer a whole host of sporting activities. Local amenities within 5 to 10 minutes walk include supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurants and the famous Playa Flamenca Saturday street market. The fashionable resort of Torrevieja, with its large Marina, harbour, side cafes, essential services and amenities is just a few kilometres away.For the golf enthusiast it is a paradise, there are many 18 hole courses in the surrounding area. Three within 10 minutes, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Campoamar. La Finca (Algorfa) is 20 minutes away with more further afield. At Campoamar you can play 9 holes at the beginning or the end of the day. Campoamar in particular has a wonderful club house with a restaurant which serves three course meals and snacks. There is also a huge swimming pool if your partner does not wish to play and a large grassy area to relax on. Tennis, gym and other sports facilities are also available.
The new course at La Finca is magnificent and although a little more expensive to play is well worth the extra. There are some 13 golf courses in the Costa Blanca and more being added all the time.
