Enjoy the fabulous Mediterranean sea views, Salobrena Castle, and Sierra Nevada Mountains from this beautifully located property which has been recently tastefully furnished. The villa is situated in an elevated & secluded position in prestigious Monte de los Almendros, on the hillside above Salobrena, with superb views from inside and out. The villa offers excellent living space with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have Panasonic air conditioning/heating with ionizer. The large heated swimming pool and surrounding terraces are on the same level as the principal living area adjacent to the main bedroom and bathroom. The living room has Satellite TV, CD/DVD player, internet access (ADSL) and lovely wood burning fire. Mature garden with various fruit trees. Beaches, bars, shops & restaurants are only 5 minutes away by car. Granada (Alhambra Palace) & Sierra Nevada (skiing) is 50 minutes drive from villa.

Villa Renna is situated in 'Costa Tropical' which is located at the eastern end of the 'Costa del Sol'. It is the coast of the province Granada which stretches from the village Nerja at the west end to Motril at the east end. Due to its geographical location, Salobrena is close to the most important places of interest in the area. It is only an hour away to the international ski resort in Sierra Nevada and 45 minutes away from Granada with its enchanting Alhambra Palace. Golf course is directly on the beach in Motril (10 minutes away).

•Bookings: Saturday to Saturday. We may be flexible where possible. Deposit of 25% on booking. Remainder due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 225 Euros must be paid for booking and will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents. The security deposit will be returned to you on departure day.
Reduced rates for long term winter letting from 1st November to 31 March. Please enquire.
For stays less than two weeks, we ask our guests to pay 85 Euros for final cleaning which includes linen and towels.
Each room is provided with an Panasonic air conditioner / heater with ionizer.
•Payments can be made by a bank wire transfer. Credit cards Paypal payment is also accepted, a 4 percent processing fee is charged.

Electricity: We give an allowance of 100kW per week for normal electricity usage and anything above this is charged at 10p (0.15 Eur) per kW to cover the cost of using the air conditioning/heating and pool heating and to prevent people from leaving the pool uncovered when it is not used and leaving windows and doors open when AC or heaters are turned on. Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday.
