This is a lovely three bed villa situated in a gated complex with communal pool. Up stairs is a large double bedroom with on suit. Leading off the main bedroom is a large sun terrace with sun beds, BBQ and table and chairs for six.

Downstairs are two double twin bedrooms one with access to back garden. Family bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Open plan living room with LCD TV with DVD, CD Player and radio. Kitchen area with Fridge/freezer, Oven, Hob, Dishwasher, Tumble dryer, washing machine and Iron.

Main access to villa through covered sun terrace with table and chairs, with lovely views of the pool and villa garden.

Plenty of parking for villa in the gated complex. (Car recommended)

The villa is located 15 minuets drive from Murcia-San Javier airport and 40 Minuets from Alicante airport. Both of which are served by budget airlines.

The many beaches in the area are only a 10 minuet drive away. With many different activities going on including Jet skiing, Banana boating, and Fishing .

There are a vast array of bars and restaurants to suite all tastes many of which are within walking distance. If you are eating from home you can choose form a variety of different supermarkets near buy.

On a Saturday their is a large market down the road selling food, clothes and anything else you can think of.

The busy town of Torrevieja is only 20 minuets away by car, there is also a bus service running from main highway. You will find here a marina, fair and market or just take a stroll along the promenade. On the out skirts is a large shopping complex which is especially good for clothes. Water park, Bowling, Cinema and pasha night club are also in this area.


A perfect base for sun lovers, golfers, couples and families alike.

A cleaning charge of 75 EUR is payable on arrival to the property manager who will greet you and give you the keys, this is common practice in Spain.
