Our villa is at the top of the 3 bedroom luxury market. The sun roof has a lovely view, with the sea in the background, while overlooking the garden a large communal pool. Exceptionally well positioned, within the Los Dolses development of Villamartin. The level of furnishing a utilities far exceeds the average similar rental. There is also the additional comfort of air-conditioning or heating, if required, and the rare feature of a large attached garage, with no extra cost to you.

There are 3 local golf courses, all within 3km, with the championship course of Villamartin within a 20 min walk (fabulous golf) There are at least 25 other courses within a 60km radius, one of which is the famed Jose Maria Olazabal designed course.

In the immediate vicinity are various shops, cafes, bars, restaurants a banks, with cash point. All are within 400mtrs of the villa through the short cut (which leads you right to the Supervalu supermarket ) a 750mtrs by the main road.There are at least 3 blue flag beaches within 4km of our villa and numerous others of exceptional standard.
The area is served by the N332 coast road, it can get busy at peak time in the summer, hence the convenience of the motorway, which takes you directly to either of the airports. Alicante airport is 60 K North, by motorway, Murcia airport ( San Javia - 25 k to the south) which has been recently expanded and is now a lovely provincial airport to fly into, only 20 mins from the villa. ( EasyJet - Ryan Air - Monarch fly frequently )

The local town is Torrevieja ( big - 7Km away) Has everything, including a nice corniche and breakwater around the Marina, both make for a good walk, with loads of restaurants, bars and shops on route. In fact the whole of the Costa Blanca coastline is excellent for walking.

Just around the corner from our villa, is Playa Flamenca, which hosts one of the largest markets in the region (every Saturday am) with fabulous fresh fruit a veg stalls.There is so much to do and see in the region, that you will want to stay longer. One of the best attractions, especially for the children, is Terra Mitica ( Disney style park, themed on Ancient Rome- complete with marching Centurians ) Built on the mountain side, several kilometres inland from Benidorm. The motorway takes you right to the front door (1hour away). It’s a fabulous day out.

Again ideally located, the motorway junction is just 1km away (far enough to not be able to see or hear it) but still convenient for those day trips out - you'l need a few Euros for the toll
The villa consists of : Master bedroom, upstairs, with king-size bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room a glass patio doors that lead out onto the very spacious sun roof (with adjustable sun blind that extends up to 8 feet over sun roof) 2nd double bedroom, downstairs, has a king-size bed, again with built in wardrobes. 3rd bedroom, also with built in wardrobes and has 2 single bed The downstairs bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms, both bathrooms have electric heaters. All bedding & towels are provided.

The lounge/diner includes a large dining suite with 6 chairs and is extendable, built in brass fronted gas fire(real coal effect) Patio doors lead out on to the sun terrace, overlooking the pool and garden, again with a similar sun blind to the upstairs bedroom. Large wide screen TV with Sky satellite is provided, plus a DVD player with a library of films. A selection of books, games and all sorts of information on the surrounding amemities and attractions are in the villa. There is also a CD collection for use with the mini Hi-Fi system. There is a very relaxing long sofa that all the family can lounge on at the same time, with large cushions to assist your slumber.

The kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven a gas hob ( tumble dryer in the garage )
There are many places to see, of particular interest is the local countryside and villages, especially in the mountains. Our 20 page brochure details some of the great places we have been ( available on request and in the villa ) You will also find information on these and other places in the villa. Our personal travels have taken us to many fabulous spots, within a 75K radius and not one was disappointing, far from it. Many have great historical value, mixing the old with the new. Places like Alicante, Murcia and Cartegena are a real experience ( must see and good shopping too) However our personal favourite is to get up into the mountains and see places like Callosa ( you really need to stop and wander around all the places on route, you will be amazed at what you find and the people you meet ) There are some magical spanish eating places -seek and yee shall find!! again some are detailed in the info within the villa.There is no need to leave the local area when it comes to eating and drinking. The Los Dolses commercial has some 50 odd restaurants and bars + supermarkets, banks and other various facilities. 1k is the Villamartin development, immediately after the golf course, which probably has 40 + restaurants, bars etc etc. To the rear of our Los Dolses development ( left, over the canal, up the hilll a left again is Campomor Golf club and commercial area, with similar to the above + a large Mercadonna supermarket.
Campomor golf club is our favourite local spot and probably the best spot in the land, if you want to enjoy a cold beer, good food, on a huge terrace with fabulous views. It overlooks the Costa Blanca region and coast line, all the way to La Manga - it really is a glorious spot, We often walk there, just follow the canal path, left for 1k - then bare right over the canal, up over a small roundabout and up through the gates, left at the roundabout up hill 500yds ( 35min walk )

In order for the villa to be prepared for your visit, we ask that you do not occupy before 2pm. You will need to
vacate the villa by 11am, after your last night, for the same purpose.
Our caretaker will meet you at the villa to obtain & return keys. They will be available for any queries during your stay.
