Terrazas de la Bahia is a development one step back from the beach situated on a hillside between Estepona and the beautiful Puerto Duquesa. Set within landscaped gardens the apartment looks over one of the two pool areas and over the sea.

The apartment is modern and stylishly decorated with every convenience including satelite TV, DVD player, dishwasher and air conditioning. The living / dining room and master bedroom open onto large balconies overlooking the sea. The rear bedroom also opens onto a balcony. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. La Duquesa and Estepona golf courses are both within a 5 minute drive. There are several restaurants close to the development. The apartment is a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar.

Spacious three bedroom penthouse apartment arranged on two levels. On the first level is a kitchen, hallway, twin bedroom with adjoining full bathroom, huge double width lounge/dining room with 2 sets of terrace double doors opening onto a large terrace overlooking the pool area, sea and Estepona. On the second level is a hallway with door onto the second front terrace with identical views.

The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with a double basin, bidet and bath/shower) has its own terrace doors onto the upstairs terrace. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bathroom and its own terrace doors onto a 3rd private terrace. This apartment has its own parking space in an underground (keeps your car cool!) garage which is directly accessed from the apartments stairway.

Near the apartment there are many many things to do including countless beautiful beaches, many bars and a very good selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus offer excellent shopping, and nightlife.

There are several golf courses within 5 minutes, including the brand new Finca Cortesin, the Dona Julia club de Golf and the Robert Trent Jones course at Duquesa with panoramic views of the marina. Also nearby, within 20 minutes are Alcaidesa Links course, Valderrama and San Roque Golf Club.

45 minute drive from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar.
