Coto Real is a brand new resort located on the foothills of La Duquesa and as such affords wonderful views to the sea, Duquesa golf and the surrounding countryside. The urbanisation is gated and has underground parking. Coto Real boasts wonderful architecture and superb gardens with a communal pool that boasts open views to Duquesa Golf and the surrounding countryside. Coto Real is a great holiday resort for those looking for a quiet area that in just a few minutes you can access Duquesa Marina, the beach, Sabinillas and all restaurants, bars and amenities. The living room is bright thanks to its big French doors, leading to the big terrace and down to the communal garden and pool areas.Two of the three bedrooms, together with the living room, have direct access to the terrace which is south east facing so you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. The covered area of the terrace provides welcome shade during the summer months and is perfect for lunch and evening drinks. For your added luxury there is a Jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom en suite. It is a very children friendly apartment and the whole resort is gated and fenced with 24 hour security.
The apartment has been furnished by a local interior designer and no expense has been spared to create this very special retreat where you can relax and recharge in luxurious surroundings. The lounge has 2 cream leather sofas, a dining room table and 6 leather chairs and DVD player. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath There is a further family bathroom with large shower.

The lounge leads out to a huge terrace where you will find a table and chairs to seat 6. From the terrace you overlook the swimming pool and Duquesa golf. Our property is perfect for families and golfers alike. The apartment benefits from a new high quality hot and cold air conditioning unit. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and granite worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, washing machine.

From Malaga Airport Follow signs for Algeciras/ Cadiz.
The AP7 merges with the A7 at times.

All the Rates are in Euros.
The rates shown are in euros although payment can also be taken in British Pounds.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of €200 will also be required with the balance which will be returned to you uncashed on your return home unless there is any damage.
The rates include all linen and towels and cleaning of apartment when vacated.

Once a deposit has been paid cancellation with result in loss of deposit.
Should cancellation occur after the final balance has been paid then a refund will only be made in event that another booking can be taken for those dates.
