Have you ever been thinking to spend your holidays at the Costa Brava Platja d'Aro at the Costa Brava is an ideal place to enjoy your holidays on the beach. The Pinell building is composed by twelve splendid apartments for 3 to 4 persons. In order to make you feel at home during your holidays, each of them has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room, and a spacious terrace facing south.

To ensure comfortable holidays apartments perfectly furnished in modern style are equipped with towels bed linen table linen and kitchen towels with their relevant regular changes. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary items, such as crockery, cutlery, kitchen implements, gas cooker and fridge. Also in this building, each apartment has safe installed. The distance to beach one of longest of whole Costa Brava is only 200 m.

Our apartments are located in privileged area on Costa Brava. The wonderful climate invites you to take long quiet walks on beach to enjoy spring and autumn as well as bicycle tours in beautiful surrounding areas. A pleasant bicycle track has been built on old railway track to Olot, passing through Girona. This route passes through small towns in some of which old railway station still stands, gullies and bridges that make you dizzy.

The swimming pool heated in spring and autumn is surrounded with majestic palm trees and lawn, prompting our guests to refreshing baths and long moments of rest. Besides its manicured gardens and swimming pool resort has parking lot, recreational area for children, laundry and hairdresser salon. The yacht club, sailing school, diving school, golf course, tennis courts, riding school, go-kart track etc can be reached within few min walk from apartments.

All rates are in Euros.

Price of Euros per person per day

The V.A.T. (8%) will be invoiced separately.

There will be charge of Euros 10,00 per person for cleaning.

The minimum reservation period is 6 days, with a 10% surcharge for stays shorter than this period. After the reservation date has been arranged, an advance payment of Euros 50,-- per person should be sent. The corresponding rental contract will then be forwarded immediately. The balance shall be paid upon delivery of the apartment.

Included in the prices quoted below are the following services: gas, water and electricity.

Clean bed linen will be provided every ten days.

Table linen, towels and kitchen cloths every five days.

Also included are the use of parking space, swimming-pool and gardens.

Each apartment is equipped with its own linen.

The kitchen is also provided with all the necessary household implements, including refrigerator.

In the case of cancellation by writing, 50% of the advance will be refunded, if such cancellation is made within a minimum period of two months before occupation.

If a reserved apartment is not occupied during the first day (without previous notice) all rights concerning the reservation will be lost.

In the case of an advance departure no refund will be given.
