Booking reservation is by a completed signed booking form together with a non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the rental cost. Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive confirmation of your reservation (via e-mail or regular post, whichever is most convenient to you).
The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking. Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.
Security Deposit A refundable deposit of £200 is required against damage or breakages to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned within 20 days of the end of your rental period following inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair plus a management charge of 10% of the cost.
Insurance We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances and also to cover your own personal possessions. The owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances.
Smoking Policy: Smoking only allowed on the Terrace - No smoking in the apartment. Pool Rules: Young children should be supervised at all times, No Inflatables. Rubbish: Rubbish is collected every day and should be placed in bags and left in the large bins over the road adjacent to the apartment block. Pets: Not allowed.
