All rates are in Euros. Application and Contract: Application in writing on the registration form! This is the contract between you and EL Domicilio binding, which you attach to the offer until our written confirmation or rejection. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation by EL Domicilio. The contract shall be communicated to all persons traveling. Basis of the contract are only the statements, descriptions and conditions of the tender object, which at the rates are valid for the travel period. Special requests are only for part of the contract, if they have been confirmed in writing by EL Domicilio. Payment: At oral reservations we have the buildings free 3 days. Reservations must be received in writing by us. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation / invoice, a deposit is payable of 40%. Only then the reservation is booked. The balance is due no later than 28 days prior to arrival. If the contract is completed within four weeks prior to departure, are the deposit and final payment is due immediately. Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive a confirmation immediately. Late payment or non-payment shall constitute a withdrawal and we are entitled to rent the property otherwise. For short term bookings (less than 2 weeks - the full price within 7 days to pay). For payments from abroad, the total bank charges are borne by the tenant. The minimum deposit of € 400.00 is payable in cash on site. This will be refunded on departure if no damage to the property. The payment may change depending on the rental property! Avoid disputes with neighbors, especially noise pollution. The kitchen cleaning up the dishes and cutlery, is the responsibility of the contractor and is not included in the final cleaning. If not, we are entitled to the costs incurred, leading to the implementation of the necessary cleaning, to bill you and to bring in deductions from the deposit. You are responsible for any damages incurred as a result of your stay in the accommodation (except for normal daily use, eg, dishes). Therefore we obtain from you in advance for a deposit of at least € 400.00, which can be paid cash on arrival. At the end of your tenancy you can get it back if no damage has occurred. For any damages to persons or property includes the managers and owners from any liability which is used at your own risk (Parents are responsible for their children).
