Breizas House has wifi, air-conditioning, heating, double glazing, Freesat HD TV, modern bathrooms and kitchen and can be rented on its own to one family, with the benefit of having use of the estate to themselves. The cottage can be rented to provide extra accommodation.

Breizas House is a very comfortable villa, situated in the tranquil protected park land known as El Pinar which is a 5 minute drive to the sea and coastal village of Alcossebre and Las Fuentes. Breizas House has a large terrace, stretching the whole length of the villa with a built in barbecue and is suitable for dining out. The whole terrace has outstanding views over the sea and countryside. Suitable for adults who wish to self-cater with home comforts including unlimited Wifi internet access which is included within rental price. Uncovered terrace at rear of Breizas House, with panoramic views provides seating in the open among the flowers.
Breizas is not suitable for very small children.
All Covered and uncovered terraces have stunning views.
Nearest bar and restaurant 200m. 5 minute drive to beaches and villages
When renting with 787629 (Breizas Cottage) for a minimum of 1 week, booking at the same time, for occupancy outside of July and August, only 65% of the Cottage rate is applicable.

Payment Policy

All Rates in Pounds Sterling.

Changeover day is flexible all year round so you can take advantage of cheaper flights. Check-in: normally 3pm. Check-out: usually 10am, but where possible we are flexible.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

For stays of more than 1 week, there are sheets and towels provided for a weekly change. The prices are inclusive of electricity, linen, kitchen and towels. We recommend that you hire a car. The Big House has sole use and access to the pool in July and August as the Cottage can not be rented out on its own in this period
