Lovely house in beautiful landscaped setting just off the cliff road on the edge of a pine forest. Sant Feliu beach and town centre is five minutes drive or a leisurely ten/fifteen minutes walk away.The house is in a quiet, peaceful location close to town.\\r\\n\\r\\nSant Feliu is an ideal place for relaxing at any time of year. The town has conserved its rich historical and architectural heritage. The coastline surrounding Sant Feliu is full of contrasts with stretches of cliff interrupted by coves and bays with fine sandy beaches. S. Feliu has many lovely restaurants and bars, its ideal for a family vacation. There is a little funfair on the promenade and throughout the summer there are festivals and events. Its great fun for young peple as well,, our boys, who are in their twenties, go there regularly with their friends and start their night in S. Feliu and then sometimes take the short taxi ride to Playa d'Aro which is alive at night time with late discos and bars. A visit to the beautiful city of Girona is a must, its just thirty minutes away by car, or take the stress free route and go there on one of the buses that travel regularly between S. Feliu and Girona.

\\r\\nCosta Brava has a lovely climate all year round. Warm sunny summers, pleasant spring and autumn and mild winters making it a great vacation location all year round. Skiing is just an hour away in the mountains to the north in the winter time making it the ultimate winter vacation as well as summer vacation.\\r\\n\\r\\nBarcelona is just an hour away, Figueres is an hour away. France is also an hour away. All this makes Sant Feliu a great location for vacation.

\\r\\nThis is a three storey house in excellent condition. This is our first time renting it. On the ground floor is the kitchen and the comfortable iving room/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a toilet room on the ground floor. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and one family bathroom. Bedroom one has a large double bed which can be separated into two single beds. This room has an ensuite bathroom. There is also another double room which has two single beds and a third bedroom which has one single bed. Each room has plenty wardrobe space. On the third floor is the sun room and a furnished solarium which affords totally private sunbathing. In the alcove of this solarium is another single bed. There are tvs in the living room, the single bedroom and in the solarium. We have british satellive tv. The house has its own landscaped garden which has sunshine and plenty shade too. Unfortunately, we dont yet have photos of the bedrooms to show you yet - we never bothered to take them before and have not been out for a couple of months - we will have them in the next couple of weeks. Very importantly, on arrival in S. Feliu, we have someone there to meet you and take you to our house. This person speaks fluent spanish.

\\r\\nOur house is in a small select housing development. Residencial Vigata is beautifully mature at this stage - its back is to the forest and its front is to the sea . Les Penas ( our district) is considered to be one of the nicest, most select parts of S. Feliu. The pool area is very pleasant, a quiet early morning swim or at late evening feels like your own private paradise - during the day people come and go from there to the beach - its absolutely never crowded.

Fly into Girona which is 30 km from Sant Feliu. Ryanair, British Midlands and Thomas Cook are among the major airlines flying to Girona. Car hire is available at the airport from all major companies. Advance booking is much cheaper. Taxis readily availabl
