Casa da Roisa is located in the village of O Barreiro, in the parish of Ermedelo belonging to Rois, in the province of A Coruña. Its strategic location allows while still being in the depths of rural Galicia, being 15 minutes by car from Santiago de Compostela, 10 minutes from the beaches of the beautiful Ria Noia-Muros, and 20 minutes from the museums Camilo José Cela and Rosalia de Castro.
Casa da Roisa is a typical Galician rural housing two floors, built in 1890. On the ground floor has a toilet, a typical Galician cuisine, with its hearth and wood stove, a salon that will take us to the nineteenth century, with its period furniture and a relaxed atmosphere where you can be on the stove fire . We have a large living room which has a typical Galician oven, to make any roast or barbecue.
On the top floor of the house, there is a lounge and reading, from which you access the large balcony that the house has. On the same floor are three double bedrooms the house has, called Corredoira and A Fonte with large bathroom, or community, and the suite or deck cargo, which has its own bathroom.

Outside the house there are extensive gardens with several fountains, a beautiful and typical cruise popular art and architecture, as well as a swimming pool, equipped with showers and surrounded by a garden area with sun loungers and parasols.

You can get home from Santiago de Compostela for the AG-56 motorway and then the AC-543 road, until it is finished the new expressway between Brion and Noia, which will give an output close to the house ( 1.5 km.). For your GPS system, you can enter "Prov

Payment will be made in euros. It can be done by bank transfer or credit card.

To make your reservation to be effective, you must enter 20% of the total amount of stay will be deducted from the total bill. To do this, you provide a bank account number via email.

Renting the house for 6 persons.

The price of the house indicated, varies depending on season and accommodation arrangements. In low season you can rent the house shared room without breakfast. In this case the price per night per person: Breakfast Corredoira and A Fonte for 45 €; room O Cubert, 55 €.

The price includes maid service and towels changed daily.

You can book only do Pouso Agro room in low season and 150 € a day, and in high season for 180 € a day. E lounge has a capacity for 30 people. The start of tablecloths, napkins, crockery and cutlery, will have a surcharge of 40 €.

The cancellation of the booking will be entitled to retain a percentage of the price as compensation that is 40% if the cancellation between the thirty-seven days of the date fixed or 100% if after seven days before booking.
