The house is divided on two floors. The lower floor is a covered outdoor terrace at the rear and a garden on the front, furthermore, the living room with dining table, sofa and fireplace, and a separate kitchen, two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed) and bathroom with bath.

A further bedroom and bathroom with shower, and a sun terrace is located in the upper floor. Torre de la Horadada (one of Pilar de la Horadada) is the southernmost city of Valencia (border of Murcia) and has a special flair.

The wonderful location on the Mediterranean and the mild climate are two of the main reasons why tourists spend their best weeks of the year here. Water sports lovers will get their money to the water sports club Club Nautico de la Torre Horadada offers water sports like surfing or diving.

Hiking and horseback riding are other popular recreational activities. Auch alle Golffreunde kommen auf ihre Kosten, es gibt mehrere Golfplätze in unittelbarer Nähe. Also, all golf fans will get their money, there are several golf courses nearby unittelbarer.

The beach is 10 minutes away on foot. The street itself is quiet, but in just a few minutes walk you can reach easily several restaurants, a large supermarket and several shops. Halfway to the beach is the Pueblo Latino with several restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops and bars. And if you want to make a break from the sandy beach there are a facility with a swimming pool opposite the cottage.
