This well maintained villa is set on the hillside at Cumbre Del Sol, a very popular holiday urbanization. With views to the sea reaching from Denia to Penon De Ifach at Calpe and further, even the island of Ibiza can be seen on a clear day. The villa benefits from its own private pool, set on a large patio area catching the sun all day.

The surrounding area boasts many attractions and Moraira itself is full of history. Theme parks such as Mundomar sea life park, Terra Mitica for the hair raising rides, and Aqualandia with its water slides and raft rides are only a twenty minute drive away. Everything is here for an enjoyable, relaxing family holiday.

Cumbre Del Sol, Moraira, is approximately just over an hour's drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports, all served by low cost airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe, Bmibaby and Monarch etc from the UK.

Confirm Booking with a 25% deposit, the balance of the rental fee is due six weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to make this payment will result in the booking being canceled and possibly the loss of your deposit.

Refundable breakages deposit of £150 is also payable with the final payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal, please ask for details.

Cancellation, a cancellation charge will be payable based on the number of days before the holiday start date the cancellation is received by All In Properties in writing and is specified in the table that follows: Notice Prior to Holiday Start Amount of Refund as a % • Less than 4 weeks • No Refund • Less than 6 weeks • 50% of Holiday Cost • Less than 8 weeks • 75% of Holiday Cost • Less than 12 weeks • 90% of Holiday Cost • More than 12 weeks • Full Refund The cancellation charge is expressed as a percentage of the total rent payable under the booking. The number of days being the number of days between the date notifications of the cancellation was received and the holiday start date.
