Just minutes from the famous Levante Beach & a short drive from Alicante airport, Calpe is an ideal location for renting a vacation home for a romantic couple’s getaway or a family vacation dedicated to exploring local churches, meandering through open-air summer markets or building sandcastles on the beaches. This tastefully decorated private detached villa on one level, located near the heart of Calpe, provides the perfect self-catering accommodation for couples, the elderly, small groups of friends, or families travelling with children.

Villa Catalina has three bedrooms, two shower rooms, (one, en-suite) large lounge diner, a fully-equipped American-style kitchen, a private swimming pool with outside shower, barbecue area, and private walled gated gardens. With plenty of off road parking on a gated driveway, abundant indoor and outdoor living spaces, this private vacation home will allow you to experience Calpe like a local and avoid the crowded, tourist-laden hotels found throughout the Costa Blanca. This centrally located villa allows families and couples to reside in comfort with the luxury of privacy and the convenience of laundry facilities and a full kitchen.

When travelling to Spain, you and your family will appreciate the comfortable amenities and gorgeous views offered by this private vacation villa and will surely appreciate the close proximity to area attractions. Parents can indulge in a day of lounging on the sun terrace, which overlooks the private pool and allows them to keep an eye on children splashing alongside. Or, if you can tear yourself away from this comfortable Calpe retreat, fun-loving couples or children will greatly enjoy the close proximity of a nearby water park with numerous waterslides and activities, safari park and amusement park.

Alicante(ALC): 80km, mainly by motorway, approx. 1 hour's drive, alternatively Valencia airport is another option but a further 50km drive

All rates are in British Pounds but we can accept Euros and Paypal. Bookings are weekly from Saturdays, arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am (although this may be flexible, apart from in July and August. A 25% deposit is required with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences. Only a minimum of two weeks bookings are normally accepted during July and August. There is also a £200 damage/breakage deposit payable with the balance which is refundable after the end of the holiday. Bed linen, towels and bath mats for the shower rooms are supplied. Also, a tea towel and a kitchen hand towel are provided. The villa is cleaned prior to and at the end of your holiday.

40 weeks or more to departure – Deposit refunded in full, 8-40 weeks - Deposit forfeited, 4-8 weeks - 50% of rent refunded, 2-4 weeks - 20% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks - no refund. The Security Deposit is always refunded.

We regret that we do not accept bookings from single sex groups as this is a family home. There is no smoking inside the villa.
