The house is at the Zamora´s beach. The terrestrial and marine areas are protected. Unbelievable Ocean views. The house is only 20 meters from the beach. It is a natural area and it is considered as protected landscape. The marine area is the only reserve marine in the island it is a very good place to watch the underwater life, the water is very clear and full of fish. The average temperature is about 22ºC during all year. The house has 3 bedrooms and 6 beds also you have a independent plot (about 1400 m2), where you can park the car, with a small garden. The electricity is by solar energy. The place is very quiet and safe.

You have free internet access in the cafeteria of a hotel, about 1,5 km far Near of the house you can rent canoes, bicycles or diving You need to rent a car to visit the island. Beach, Hiking, Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Restaurant, Tennis, Water Sports and Rental. The island is a Biosphere Reserve and has a National Park with great potential for multiple sports. Near of the house you can rent kayaks, bicycles or diving. Only 5 km far are the last volcanoes which erupted on the island (you can visit them) and also several deserted beaches. You can fish in other areas of the island but not in this place because it is a protected natural area
Close to the house there is a small restaurant with typical food highly recommended. There is no nightlife around and the only sounds at night are the waves and the soft wind wafting through the vegetation.

The electricity is by solar energy and you will have not problems with the ligth or a computer but, for example, a hair dryer cannot be used (it needs a lot of power and It can damage the solar power system). An additional service for washing clothes can be contracted.

All rates are in Euros.
We need a deposit of 20% to reserve. This deposit will not be returned if the reservation is canceled. The remaining 80% must be paid on receipt of keys.
Price: between 60 and 70 euros / day. Sheets and towels included.
