Well equipped villa with private pool secure parking inside garden area with electric remote control gate to the drive way, The villa has air conditioning and central heating three double bedrooms with a large lounge and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, microwave , cooker large fridge freezer, also it has satelite tv. Outside it has a nice area around the pool with sun loungers and a nice garden area where the kids can play safely and secure,also next to the pool is a barbeque and large dining table there is also on the terrace from the kitchen a gas barbeque the terrace has a large electric blind for shade when dining on the terrace.
The property is well maintained and a nice place in general to spend some time relaxing. there are two beaches close by around a 15 minute walk to either of the beaches and local supermarket is around the same time walking by car just a couple of minutes, The area itself is great for golfing there are several courses within a half hour drive from the villa and the PGA Girona is only 40 minutes away Lescala is a quaint place all in all a must for spending your leisure time.
