Villa in La Marina Details

In just 25 minutes drive from Alicante airport you find our house in La Marina. The beach of La Marina can be reached in 6 minutes (by car) and the beach of Guardamar is only a 10 minutes drive from our house. The house is build in (2008) and has been luxuriously and tastefully furnished. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. There are three bedrooms, each with two comfortable beds with a good mattress. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Also on the first floor is access to the solarium. The two other bedrooms are on the ground floor with the a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a wonderful leather sofa where you can enjoy the 42 flat screen TV with Dutch and foreign channels and DVD player. The dining area consists of a long table with 6 leather chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, oven / microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator / freezer, washing machine and dryer. The whole house has hot / cold air conditioning. And the icing on the cake ... the private pool. From the terrace you have a very nice view of the pool with jets, which you can enjoy until late in the evening. There is also a possible use of internet in our house.
