This ideal holiday villa is located on the outer side of the resort on a lovely quiet place with some occasional traffic from the neighbors.3 in total. Master bedroom with box spring mattresses. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. We would like to point out that in principle exchange days are on Saturday. However, since the flight tickets are cheaper on weekdays we get requests whether or not these exchange days are flexible. The fixed costs per rental period are € 60,- cleaning costs. When you book a villa you will get a written confirmation of the booking with a description of the rental period by postman to your home address. Within 7 days after receipt of our confirmation on your reservations application we will ask you to pay € 200,- of the total price as a down payment.
