An automatic entrance gate leads into the long sweeping driveway of the villa and its double garage. As you stand at the entrance of the villa you will be immediately struck by the panoramic 360º uninterrupted views it enjoys over the coastline, the Mediterranean sea and mountains. The property itself is on one floor.

The entrance hall with porch and guest cloakroom leads you into the large open plan living-dining-kitchen space which is designed in such as way as to allow maximum natural light into the rooms and for you to enjoy the views from indoors.

As you would expect of a villa of this high calibre the furniture and furnishings are sumptious.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has both a double bed and twin beds which can either be put together or separated, and patio doors leading out to an exterior terrace and gardens. The Master bedroom has a double bed, walk in closet, and again patio doors leading to the exterior. These two bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in shower cubicle. The views even from the bathroom are stunning.

The third bedroom has a Four Poster Bed, en suite bathroom with walk in shower cubicle and walk in closet.

The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas hob, and patio doors lead out to one of the terraces of the villa, perfect for outside dining. If you choose to have a barbecue this terrace is the perfect choice.

The swimming pool can be heated and has a retractable roof, making it the perfect pool for both summer and winter.

There is a spiral staircase leading from the entrance to the villa up onto a roof terrace which is perfect for sun bathing during the day and star gazing at night.

The property has underfloor heating in the bathrooms, fully ducted hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, security cameras and wi-fi internet.

With its tranquil setting and extensive tropical gardens it is the perfect get away vacation home.

* EasyJet or RyanAir offer cheap flights from most UK airports into Malaga.

* You can take a Taxi at Malaga airport to Mijas, but it can be a little expensive almost the same as renting a car for a week.

* You can take a train from the Airport to Fueng
