These comfortable villas are ideally located in a residential area only 1km from the center of Puerto Pollensa and 300 meters from bars and supermarkets. The villas are set side by side but are completely separate with their own swimming pool and each sleeps 6 people. Monsy I and Monsy II are ideal for large groups or families who may wish to rent both houses together.

The large ground floor area consists of a lounge dining area with views out to the the swimming pool. From here, down two steps, is a separate living area with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a small bathroom with toilet and sink on this floor.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms with views to the pool. There is a double bedroom with doors that open out onto a private terrace. There are also two further well furnished twin bedrooms. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink.

Each villa has a swimming pool with roman steps, and the pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing area. There is also a barbecue and covered terrace. The washroom is to be found outside and this houses the washing machine. Private parking is also available at each villa for two cars.
