The tenant will pay the owner, upon entering the premises, the sum of 600 euros in check. The latter will be returned after keys are returned, less the amount of charges due and on what can be accepted for damages noted.

This contract may be canceled in cases of force majeure: death, accident or illness requiring hospitalization of the tenant, his spouse, ascendants or direct descendants. However, payments will be refunded upon presentation of evidence and subject to damages suffered by the owner if he is unable to relet the premises on the dates indicated above. Interruption of the stay, the tenant can not claim any refund of rent unless it proves (bailiff or written testimony) in the three days that this interruption is attributable to the lease itself (discovery of latent defects, appearance of unexpected nuisance ...).
