A modern 2 floor accommodation. This villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms set in it's own private, pretty and secluded garden. Situated on the quiet and exclusive Rafelets urbanisation with spectacular westerly views across the valley to the hills beyond. Only 10 mins drive from the main sandy beach with restaurants, bars and shops. A 15-25 minute walk will take you to the nearest bars and restaurants. Only 1 hours drive from either Alicante or Valencia Airports.The villa has its own car parking and is entered by a sliding gate. There are 5 steps down which lead to the upper garden and front porch. You enter the villa into a large entrance hall. Off the hallway there is a spacious lounge dining area with TV, DVD and CD player. Doors lead to a large naya which has a dining table and six chairs. Double doors lead onto the large terrace where you can enjoy views to die for and spectacular sunsets.On this floor there is a large double bedroom with air conditioning and a large walk in wardrobe. There is a large fitted bathroom with modern facilities. Stairs lead down to 2 further bedrooms which have 4 single beds. On this lower floor there is also another large bathroom with modern facilities which serves these bedrooms.Off the entrance hallway there is a large kitchen and utility area with all modern conveniences. From the utility area you access a BBQ area which has table and chairs. A number of steps lead down to your own private and secluded pool which is not overlooked. There are sun loungers and outside shower. The villa is surrounded by its own pretty gardens and is not overlooked.
