Claravista 1 and Claravista 2 are villas set in their own spacious grounds with a solar heated swimming pool, large purpose BBQ's. The beach, bars and restaurants are about 150yds away and within walking distance are many more bars shops and restaurants. Each villa has 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower cubicle, WC, and hand basin and one with large walk-in shower, WC, and hand basin. Each villa sleeps 6, (7 with extra bed); there is an additional toilet downstairs. The lounge and dining room are spacious with comfortable furniture, Satellite TV, DVD, and Hi-fi with CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-freezer, Hob, Oven Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a laundry area with Washing Machine, Ironing Board and Iron and another Fredge-freezer. The airport of Almeria is approximately 1hr away Murcia airport approximately 1 1/2hrs away and Alicante about 2 hours. Claravista 1 and Claravista 2 can be booked individually (not Peak season) or used in conjunction with next door sleeping a total of 14 people. The villas offer the opportunity for large parties to travel together whilst having their own space. They are in their own grounds with their own solar heated swimming pool. The beach is only a couple of minutes away and is close to all amenities, so car hire is not essential. Mojacar is a family resort in Costa Almeria, with something for everyone. It has superb beaches, excellent restaurants, markets, water sports, golf courses and a water park nearby. Almeria shares the title of the town with the most hours of sun a year along with Athens and Siracusa -- more than 320 days a year! The temperature of its seawater is warmer in winter than its air temperature making swimming an all year round enjoyable activity. The overall annual average temperature exceeds 18 degrees Celcius. Mojacar Beach enforces building restrictions, which has ensured the charm of the area and a steady growth of international investors giving Mojacar a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Only 7 kilometres is developed and is so unspoiled that within this stretch there are no less than 3 Blue European Flag Awards on the beaches for cleanliness. Mojacar is a unique blend of mountains and valley areas sheltering the beach and the sea. Every modern convenience is to be found here as well as a sports facility, sailing, fishing and golf, just to mention a few.The Moorish hilltop town of Mojacar, Almeria, the coastal capital, is a dazzling white port, once the greatest of Spain's Arabic cities, whilst inland a peaceful landscape of mountains and deserts fuse with fertile valleys and covered gardens. It is filled with superb restaurants, boutiques, charming squares and intimate bars. There are many fiestas to delight visitors and the indigenous people are very welcoming. Open street markets provide the weekly highspot of every town and village in Almeria, and attract colourful merchants selling clothes, leather goods, ceramics, household goods etc, a pastiche of colour and noise. Garrucha, - A thriving fishing port and Marina of where just before sunset each day the boats return to harbour to unload and auction off their catches at the quayside, why not experience this colourful spectacle, and the follow it up with a al in one of the numerous fish restaurants in the village.
