Looking for a relaxing break away from the hustle & bustle of the busy coastal areas? Look no further, this lovely 3 bedroomed detached villa is set inland but within easy reach of wonderful beaches. Surrounded by lemon groves & mountains. Inside the villa is modern & open plan. It has a large lounge area with open kitchen. 2 double bedrooms & a shower room/wc downstairs & a very large master bedroom upstairs with en-suite. Private swimming pooi & lots of terraces for sunbatheing. There are also 3 communal swimmings pools on site. The property also has a lovely outside dinning area ideal for those warm summer evenings. Walking distance to the Banos de Fortuna with thermal spas & treatments for all. There are two bars on site within a few minutes walk, one serves Tapas & the other snacks & menu del dia. There are two local English restaurants within a few minutes drive, both serve excellent cuisine. The town of Fortuna is 2 km away & has a large variety of bars, shops & banks.(very Spanish town) There is a tourist office in the centre. Market day is Saturday & mainly consists of fruit, vegetables & clothes. The wonderful city of Murcia is 30 mins drive away (a local bus is available from the Banos) & a huge shopping Mall (Condomina & Thader) is less than 30 mins away, shops include Primark, Ikea, H&M, Toys R Us to name but a few. There are many restaurants (including Pizza Hut, KFC, Chinese, Italian, Spanish & Mexican), two cinemas & a ten pin bowling alley. The Mall is open until 10pm. The city of Alicante is less than an hours drive away & also has a wonderful beach. Guardamar can be reached within an hour & has an excellent beach & street market. There is a stunning golf course about 20 minutes drive from the Villa called Altorreal (www.altorreal.es), English is spoken there. Beauty & Massage treatments can be arranged (contact the owner for details). Children are welcome. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE VILLA.

Cleaning charge There will be no end of stay cleaning charge but the villa must be left as it was found - clean & tidy - otherwise the security deposit will NOT be returned. On you last day please strip the beds of all sheets & leave in the utility room for the caretakers to clean, along with any towels that have been used on your last day. Damage, General rules & Security deposit While we like to think that our guests will treat our property as they would treat their own home, the owners reserve the right to ask for a security deposit of between £200 & £500 against each occupation. This amount must be paid directly to the owners 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. The deposit will be given back to you at the earliest opportunity once our caretakers are happy with the condition of the property that has been vacated. Please advise our caretakers after your stay if there were any “accidents” so that we can ensure that everything is in order for our next guests. We do understand that accidents do happen so we will consider this before deducting any amount from your deposit. The villa is alarmed, you will be given the fob for setting & unsetting the alarm, please make sure the alarm is put on on leaving the property for your own protection. Please make sure that the air conditioning is switched off when you are not inside the property. The water heater does not hold a large amount of hot water so make sure showers are kept short, especially if there are more than 3 people occupying the villa. Swimming pool Under no circumstances must the pool be used whilst people have used fake/spray tan products. Sun tan lotion must be washed off before entering the pool, please use the outside shower for this. These products turn the pool cloudy (sometimes brown/green) & the occupiers will lose their deposit, (this also includes urine, so don\\\'t pee in the pool!). Danger! Please note that the tiles inside of the property & immediately outside the front & side entrance are very slippy when they are wet, inside the property please take care when stepping out of the shower & outside when it has rained or from the pool. The large white slabs around the pool & front terrace are not as slippy & remain cool in the direct sun. Cancellation policy 8 weeks or more before arrival - deposit forfeited 4 - 8 weeks before arrival - 75% of total paid forfeited. Less than 4 weeks before arrival - 100% forfeited. Payments will be refunded in full in the unlikely event of OUR cancellation of your accommodation.
