The property has two floors with a bathroom on each level and an upstairs balcony.The property offers one double and two twin bedrooms, comfortably sleeping six; a bathroom on each floor; kitchen diner, which includes gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron and board, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and washing machine; and a lounge area which includes flat screen TV, with satellite TV, DVD player, and CD music system, numerous books and board games. Rio Mar is rightly regarded as one of the best quality urbanisations in this area. It is not a holiday complex and all properties are privately owned, set in beautifully, well-maintained gardens, shaded park and pool areas. Rio Mar offers a wonderful location for a relaxing holiday, close to the beautiful blue flag beach at Mil Palmeras, with easy access to banks, shops, bars, and restaurants. There are numerous local markets held locally including Mil Palmeras, San Pedro del Pinatar and Pilar de la Horadada. Located at the quieter southern end of the Costa Blanca, close to the lovely lagoon of the Mar Menor and the beaches of Costa Calida, the property is an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful area of Spain. The historic cities of Murcia, Orihuela and Cartagena and the glorious coastline of Calblanque, the Mar Menor, the port of Cabo de Palos with its wonderful fish restaurants, are all within 30 minutes drive.
