It has a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one connected to the master bedroom and terrace to take advantage of comfortable hammocks available in the garden areas. Special emphasis is put on the landscaping, unique plants of the island and the Canaries, including more than 20 palm trees, grace the property. In addition to the existing outdoor spaces, the property has a field for the game of bocce and a private pool for the use of all guests.

The whole housing also has heating and parking. This is a completely private area and the amount of available space, is ideal for large groups or large families looking for a quiet place in which to share common spaces. You will find everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants and parties. But it remains a quiet place without major businesses and tourists who come to visit, to enjoy this natural beauty, the real Lanzarote.

Although situated in the center of the North, it is not too far to go explore the other attractions of Lanzarote. All the attractions of the north are a 20 minutes drive maximum. Arrecife, the capital, is 30 minutes away and Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca ca 50 minutes away.
