Villa en Marbella Description
This elegant villa is located close to the Los Arqueros golf course in San Pedro. It is tucked away in a villa residential area, but still you have easy access to the road leading to Ronda and the A7 which leads to Marbella. It is the perfect place to simply relax and enjoy your holiday. The main house has 2 bedrooms. One with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is located in an annex which can be reached through one of the bedrooms or the pool area. It has a small shower bathroom and is perfect for teenagers. The pool area has a covered BBQ terrace. At the front porch there is a wonderful spanish style patio where you can retreat and relax, reading a book.

Payment Policy
A final cleaning charge of 100€ is taken. Additional maid service is available upon request. A 40% down payment upon booking, rest upon arrival. Credit card details necessary for bookings. A security deposit is required in cash and will be transferred back onto your account within 7 days of departure.

30% withdrawal fee up to 57 days before arrival
60% withdrawal fee 56 - 41 days before arrival
80% withdrawal fee 40 - 29 days before arrival
