Villa en Moraira Description
The villa has 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped and has been modernised recently with a new bathroom and kitchen. There is Air conditioning and central heating in the villa via radiators. Free WI-FI and Free to view satellite TV (some of the free to view channels are, bbc1, itv1, itv2, e4, more4, citv, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc) To the side of the property there is a privately owned family sized pool with shower room and around the villa are areas of garden & patio including a BBQ area. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, a short walk to local shops, supermarket and bars and a short drive to Moraira town & beach. The villa sleeps up to six people + 1 infant. A cot & high chair are available at no extra charge. Main bathroom with bath & shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. Downstairs shower room. (for pool use or as an extra bathroom) Please note: This shower room is seperate from the main house. The kitchen has been recently modernised and is equipped with stainless sink & drainer, fridge, built in cooker with hob above, plus all pots, crockery and cutlery. Lounge/Diner with table & 6 chairs, 2 x two seater sofa, TV with free to view satellite, (some of the free to view channels are, bbc1, itv1, itv2, e4, more4, citv, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc), DVD player & selection of films. Naya with open terrace, table & 4 chairs & barbecue for alfresco dining overlooking the pool. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Long let available. October until March, £195 p/w inc bills. min stay 6 weeks, max stay 6 months.

All the Rates are in pound sterling.

£195 p/w inc bills.
Min stay 6 weeks, max stay 6 months.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.The balance is payable 8 weeks before start of rental period. A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required with final balance, (extra if 6 weeks or more) to be returned once a full inspection has been made. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or paypal (there will be an additional charge when paying by paypal of 3.5%).

Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa.
The rental charges cover water, electricity, gas, pre-arrival cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels & weekly pool maintenance.
Midstay change of linen available at a cost £10 / €12 pp
pool towels can be supplied at a cost of £5 / €6 pp. Please bring your own towels if this service is not required.
Changeover day available any day of the week.
