Situated near the coast in the Costa Blanca, the villa offers stunning views and luxurious accommodation. Situated on a large private hillside plot with panoramic views of mountains, orange groves and the sea at Oliva Beach. Within safe walking distance of the local town of La Font Den Carros and 5mins drive to Oliva with many shops, restaurants, bars and award winning 'Blue Flag' beaches. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and direct access to a large breakfast terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee while soaking up the sun and views. The lounge/dinning room has access to a large covered dining terrace with outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining. Steps lead down to the lower gated pool terrace.
The local village, La Font has several small supermarkets, shops, chemist, restaurants, bars and cash machines. Larger shops and supermarkets, restaurants, banks, clubs, bars, beach bars are available close by in Gandia and Oliva. Local attractions include the Terra Mittica and Aqualandia theme parks, nature reserves, miles of unspoilt beaches and water sports.
