Long let available. October until March, £195 p/w inc bills min stay 6 months, max stay 6 months. The villa has 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped and has recently been modernized. There is air conditioning & central heating in the villa via radiators. Free Wifi. To the side of the property there is a privately owned family sized pool with shower room and around the villa are areas of garden with patio area including a bbq. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, A short walk to local shops, supermarket and bars and about 5 to 10 mins drive to Moraira town and beach. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. cot, high chair a safe available at no extra charge. Main Bathroom with bath, toilet and wash hand basin. Downstairs shower room. (for pool use or as an extra bathroom) The kitchen has been recently modernized and is equipped with stainless sink with drainer, fridge, built in cooker with hob above, plus all pots, crockery and cutlery. Lounge / Diner table with 6 chairs, 2 x sofas, TV with Free to view satellite TV (some of the free to view channels are, BBC1, ITV1, ITV2, E4, More4, CITV, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc), DVD player with selection of films. Naya open terrace with a table with chairs for alfresco dining overlooking the pool. Smoking Is Not Permitted inside the villa. Moraira is a pretty fishing village, with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The fishermen still go out early in the morning to catch the fresh fish to sell later that day at the traditional fish market. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will be spoiled for a choice of bars and excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront, past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach L'Ampolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, here there are excellent facilities including childrens play area, restaurants, bar and various watersports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystal clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness. Moraira also has a very good weekly market with lots of bargains for avid shoppers as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.Calpe is a coastal town and resort situated approximately 45 minutes drive north of Alicante International Airport. Steeped in history and culture, the Old Town is especially interesting with museums, picturesque little streets and squares with many tapas bars and restaurants. Calpe is a friendly fishing village Which sits close to the Rock of Ifach on a hill rising up from the last spurs of the mountain Bernia in the middle of spain's Coat Blanca, a geographical marvel that provides access to the northernmost towns of Alicante's Marina district. It is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches, cliff faces in some areas and an ancient salt mine, Which all give the town a peculiar flavor of its own. Calpe is overlooked by the towering Penon de Ifach Which juts out into the sea and rises to over 1000 ft.

Changeover day available any day of the week. The villa is available from 4.00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on your day of departure. Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.The balance is payable 8 weeks before start of rental period. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required with final balance, to be returned once a full villa inspection has been made. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or paypal (there will be an additional charge when paying by paypal of 3.5%). Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa. The rental charges cover water, electricity, gas, pre arrival cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels & weekly pool maintenance. Midstay change of linen available at a cost £10 / €12 pp pool towels can be supplied at a cost of £5 / €6 pp. Please bring your own towels if this service is not required.
