The main bedroom has a king-size bed.It is connected to the bathroom by a dressing area. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and twin beds. The second bathroom has a bath and shower. The lounge has a sitting area with two sofas and a T.V. The dining area can seat six. The kitchen is well equipped and the utility area is on the adjoining terrace. The main terrace has comfortable seating and a sun umbrella.

The views are unobstucted to the sea and mountains.It also overlooks the communal pool. There is underground parking, however a car is not essential.It is easy to walk everywhere as the area around the apartment is flat.There are good bus and train connections to the airport, Benidorm, Alicante and other towns. The building benefits from an on-site caretaker so it is very clean and well maintained. It is mainly owner-occupied so very quiet and secure. The price included all bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Easter dates are still available. I will give give a 50 euros discount on a two week let up to the end of june.
