Cadiz is part of the “ Costa de la Luz “ on the north Atlantic coast of Andalusia i.e. to the west of the Straits of Gibraltar. The area lives up to its name with over 300 sunshine days per year.

Cadiz, Europe´s oldest city, is a short ten minute drive away. This beautiful and historic city is surrounded by long stretches of uncrowded beaches with nationally renown restaurants and hotels. Its peninsula location likens it to an ancient San Francisco.

Air connections are via Jerez airport some twenty minutes from San Fernando by direct motorway. There are services to Madrid Barajas and various other national and European destinations. Within easy walking distance of the apartment are a pharmacy and bakery with a convenience store located in the apartment building complex. The apartment includes secure gated underground parking and storage room.

utility bills are paid by direct debit from the owner´s local bank account in Cajasur. Corresponding funds to be deposited by renter into this account. Entering and departure readings will be used to calculate any prorated amounts rental to be paid to owner´s local estate agent.
