House located in Arbucies. This is a quiet place, which is ideal to spend your vacations in the mountain and to discover “Parc Natural del Montseny” (Natural Park) where there are several routes to do on foot or by bicycle. The entrance to the Park is two minutes on foot far from the house.
The house has two double rooms, one single room, one complete bathroom and one lavatory. There are also a big living-room with fireplace, a kitchen, a junk and a big glazed porch. The house has air-conditioned (hot and cold). There is a garden with swimming-pool surrounding the house (the swimming-pool is shared by two houses). The garden has private spaces for each house.
Arbucies is very well situated through the motorway (AP-7) and the “Eix Transversal”(C-25). Girona is 45 Km far from Arbucies and Barcelona 75km far. The nearest train station is about ten and fifteen minutes far from the village by car. The “Costa Brava” is at 30 km.
Around the village, there are three big spas: The Font Vella Spa (12km), the Termal-Magma Spa in Santa Coloma de Farners (23km), and The Vichi Catalan Spa (34km).
