Charming holiday home near Malaga in a splendid panoramic position on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view to the sea (the beach is about 9 km). Large private pool, terraces, barbecue, Hollywood swing. Tasteful decor. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, dishwasher, satellite TV.
• Location / Outdoor: A lot of attention to detail built house in a splendid panoramic position on a single survey - by unsurpassed views of large parts of the Axarquia, several villages of the Sierra Tejeda and even from the tower to the sea. In the picturesque white village Iznate are some restaurants, tapas bars and small supermarkets. For larger purchases, drive to a nearby shopping center and the towns of Torre del Mar and Velez-Malaga (15 km).
• Enclosed plot with beautiful, large swimming pool (9 x 4 m), deck chairs, BBQ, Hollywood swing. Terraces (partly covered) on two sides of the house. Parking on the property. The house is surrounded by mango, tomato and avocado plantations belonging to the very friendly owners.
• Facility: cozy, rustic setting! Living room with fireplace and satellite TV, large and very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, oven and coffee maker. Bathroom and two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with three beds). Top of the tower is a very nice bedroom with queen bed, private bath and balcony with panoramic views to the sea.
