Situated near beach, our beautiful vacation apartment in Barcelona, Spain, is an excellent getaway for you to spend a few days with your family and friends. This one bedroom retreat is ideal to sleep up to four guests. The bedroom has a double bed and sofa sleeper. The bathroom is well appointed as per modern standards. You will be delighted to cook your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen.

To keep you gathered over your movies, music and sitcoms, this vacation apartment has a TV in the living room. After a long day, you can also revel in the community’s pool. Terrace offers marvelous mountain views.

If you are passionate about golfing, you will enjoy a visit to the near by golf course. You can also sample fine and varied cuisines at the nearby restaurants, cafes and diners.

Payment Policy

RESERVATION, CONFIRMATION, AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS. Our company policy is to rent during the summer season from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay one week. To confirm your reservation, you will be asked to pay in advance a 30% from the total of the booking (via bank transfer). If the transfer is not paid in time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking request without previous warning. There is a breakage deposit of 100 € that must be paid at the key collection. The deposit will be refunded on departure if there are no breakages.

Cancellation Policy

In case of a booking cancellation, there will be no refunding of the initial payment of 30% and the client will be subjected to pay the following fees: a) For cancellations up to 30 days before your arrival, there will be a penalty of 10% from the total of the booking. b) Between 29 and 7 days before your arrival you will be charged 50%. c) Less than 7 days, you will be charged at 100%. If the clients leave voluntarily before the end of their stay they will not be refunded any costs.
