From the lounge there is direct access to the dining terrace summer and stairs giving access to courtyard garden and pool. On the ground floor there are three bright and spacious rooms all with bathrooms en suite, 2 complete and 1 with shower. There is also a laundry area (washing machine and clothes line is) and from here goes to a gallery of 27 m2 that can be used both as a summer lounge, recreation area as a child if it rains, from which goes directly to the pool the house. The pool is kidney shaped and protected by a padlocked fence, is located in the courtyard, surrounded by flowery banks bordering the garden and from where the view on the horizon is lost. The house is east-south-west, very bright and all units have large windows (with watertight enclosures, thermal break), from which sees the beautiful natural environment that surrounds it. It is a house where they were very comfortable and we will help as much as possible to enjoy it.

We are located in a protected natural area, biosphere reserve, where you can perform various and varied activities such as hiking routes marked by different and free, canoeing on the lake, trips in quads, climbing, bird watching and other wildlife, walks the field, horseback riding, watching herds of goats and sheep are in the area and if you like astronomy contemplate the constellations. A 5 km is the village of Is-tan with its white houses and many fountains and streams of water, with beautiful roads where walking or cycling in their tracks and see the rural life that is still done in this area, but is so close to Marbella and modern cosmopolitan city. Can observe many orchards, the green river that crosses the plain of the village and ends in the swamp, bringing water cascades from the mountains of snow and you can drink in the different sources that there are both in town and around.

Non-refundable deposit of 10% required to secure the booking. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday with a refundable damages deposit of Euro 500.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euros.

If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows: 4-8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks:no refund, unless we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit (less admin charge).

We strongly advise holidaymakers to take out insurance to cover any cancellation costs.

Please note that the villa must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure and is accessed at 15.00 pm on the day of arrival to give our cleaning team time to prepare it for you.
