The very spacious villa has 2 floors, with a large living room and fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there are 3 very large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate room for laundry. Outside you find a terrace and a private swimming pool.

At this moment the Costa Brava might be one of the most popular places to enjoy your holidays. Our modern houses will offer you the possibilities to relax, make short-breaks or to practice your favorite sport.

At a short distance you will find among other amenities, golf and tennis courts. The houses are provided with a private pool (except Can Tamarin) and are situated in a very quiet neighborhood at the border of a forest and close to the sea. Because of the splendid isolation it is cool in the summer and during the wintertime you will have central heating at your disposal. Some of the houses even have a cozy open fire place for the cooler evenings during wintertime.

From Girona it is about a 40 minutes drive to the house and about an hour from Barcelona.

The houses are to rent per week (Fri - Fri, sat - sat and sun - sun) or per night. The prices you will find below are per week and per night. You can always apply for a different period.

During the summer, spring and Christmas period there is only week rental. For the remaining period it is possible to book per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

End cleaning: € 100.

Deposit: € 500.

* Cancellations received up to 84 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total rental, with a minimum of € 100,-.

* Cancellations received 84 to 42 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental, with a minimum of € 100,-.

* Cancellations received less than 42 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.

Reservations can only be canceled by writing. A telephone call or an email will be appreciated. For changes that involve a partial cancellation specific conditions are made for that part.
