This attractive apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large sun terrace, communal pool and views to the sea. The beach is 3 minutes away as are local bars and restaurants. It has a lovely south-facing terrace overlooking the pool equipped with garden table, chairs and recliners. On the 1st floor of a quiet residential block called 'Orilla de Torrequebrada', the apartment is well placed to enjoy the numerous nearby attractions or simply stay local visiting the coved beaches, bars or pool on your doorstep. Inside the lounge has sky tv, dining table and the modern fitted kitchen has fridge freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher with plenty of cooking equipment, crockery and glasses. Accommodation comprises double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and cot, two further bedrooms each with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Each bathroom comprises bath with shower, hand basin, bidet & WC. To get to Benalmadena, Torremolinos or Fuengirola there are bus stops and taxis available nearby. Places of interest: Malaga province of Andalucia contains something for everyone with beaches, mountains, sleepy villages and vibrant nightlife and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and mild winter. Torrequebrada is perfectly located to explore the Costa del Sol, surrounding countryside and charming 'pueblos blancos' (white villages). Day trips to Gibraltar, Ronda and Marbella can be arranged in Benalmadena and are well worth a visit. For those with a car, the spectacular cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba are about 2 hours drive away and offer an unforgettable day out. Closer by is Tivoli World (a fair ground), Sealife Benalmadena, Selwo Marina, Parque Acuatico Mijas (Aqua Park) Fuengirola Zoo and the Hipodromo Racecourse. Apartment Lage
Torrequebrada is on the Spanish Mediterranean coast right next door to the popular holiday resort of Benalmadena. It is a lovely suburb allowing close proximity to busy holiday towns without the immediate noise. Within short walking distance there are 4 coved beaches to choose from and a variety of shops, beach bars and restaurants. It is also next door to Torrequebrada Golf Course, perfectly situated for golf lovers. There are further bars and restaurants on the beaches offering delicious fresh seafood dishes. The Flatotel complex next door has a mini-market, bar and restaurant. The 24 hour English speaking reception is very useful for arranging taxis. 10 minutes walk away is the 5 star Hotel Torrequebrada offering traditional Flamenco entertainment as well as a larger supermarket. WITHIN 400 METRES IS BENALNTURA WHICH IS A PRIVTE AND REGISTRED NUDIST BEACH WITH BAR AND SHOWER FACILITIES.

Keys sent to your home address upon receipt of a £250 breakage deposit. A stamped addressed envelope will be provided to return them in. Please vacate the apartment by 10.30 am on your day of departure. On changeover days, the apartment cannot be entered until 3pm to allow for cleaning.
