Casa Rosa is a fully air conditioned Villa on the Panorama Golf Complex. The Villa boasts 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen and private parking. The Villa has a garden with patio area and BBQ, a 1st floor terrace accessible from bedrooms 1 & 2 and a roof solarium with shower for private sunbathing. The villa is south facing, enjoying the sun from morning until the evening and has access to a sunny communal pool just a few metres away. Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, butter, wine, beer) provided. VILLA - The villa is set on 3 floors and is furnished to a high standard. The ground floor comprises a double bedroom, shower room/wc, comfortable lounge equipped with British Satellite TV (Freeview), HD Recorder/DVD player, Hi-Fi and a dining area with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for a self-catering holiday including a full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and tall fridge freezer. On the 1st floor is a bathroom (bath, shower, wc) and a further 2 bedrooms which share a balcony terrace. The Master bedroom has a British Satellite TV (Freeview). All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The roof solarium is ideal for private sunbathing as it is not overlooked. Outside the property there is private parking, a garden, BBQ and a shaded terrace with comfortable seating. The property has a patio table with 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. The Villa is fully alarmed and has a safe for your valuable items. Bed linen, T-Towels, Beach Towels, Bath Towels and Face Cloths are all available for use and included in the price. LOCATION - The Villa is ideally situated next to the famous Villamartin Golf Course. Only 5 mins on foot and you can be at the popular Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The highly acclaimed blue flag sandy beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are nearby. This region of Spain is rated by the World Health Organisation as being one of the healthiest places to live on the planet.Villamartin Plaza offers both young and old an enjoyable night out, with a lively multicultural mix of bars and restaurants. Set among palm trees with a colourful array of resident parrots, you can relax and soak up the atmosphere! The 2nd floor offers yet more entertainment and most of the bars and restaurants are open all year round. There is also a small supermarket that carries many British products, including newspapers and magazines. GOLF - The three residential zones of Panorama Golf are situated in quiet, green surroundings. The complex borders on the Championship Golf Course of Villamartin, which is the oldest and best-known course on the Costa Blanca. Since 1972, Villamartin has developed to become a Mediterranean village around which three golf courses have been built. Villamartin is one of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca, having hosted the Spanish Open in January 2000. The course is a par 72 and is 6,132 metres long. It is laid out over rugged terrain with undulating and relatively wide fairways, but with very fast greens. It also features tennis facilities and a Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant, which are also open to non-golfers. Three other courses are only a short drive away. Las Ramblas a par 72 at 5,770 metres, has incredible water hazards and is the shortest of the three, but features high tees, narrow fairways and deep ravines. Campoamor is a par 71 at 5,830 metres, laid out over rolling hills, lush green fairways with many elevated tees. La Finca is a spectacular new world class golf course just a short 15 minute drive away.Area - Costa Blanca means white coast, a name taken from the beautiful sandy beaches stretching along the Mediterranean Sea. Panorama Golf is centrally located between the dynamic towns of Alicante, Murcia, Torrevieja, Elche and Cartagena. BEACHES - There is a very good variety of top quality beaches just a few minutes drive away, all awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are ideal for sun seekers, there are beach bars and restaurants, plus children's play areas and sun beds. Other nearby beaches include Las Palmeras, Torrevieja and Torre de la Horadada. Most water sports can be found in the area and the beaches are well serviced by bars/cafes as well as free parking and showers. WEATHER - The Costa Blanca enjoys over 320 days of sunshine annually and according to the World Health Organisation this area has one of the healthiest climates in Europe and is one of the healthiest places in the world to live. Villamartin is located in South Costa Blanca, approximately 40 minutes drive from Alicante or less than 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport. Airport Transfers can be arranged at a nominal cost. There is a good motorway close by (AP7), which makes the towns of Alicante, Cartagena, Murcia & Orihuela easy to explore for those looking for something other than just a beach holiday. Horse riding stables are a few minutes walk away. LOCAL AREA - There are many restaurants in and around the area offering international cuisine. Along the coastal road you will find many bars and excellent restaurants offering Spanish and international cuisine. The Spanish are fond of their open air markets and it is possible to visit one every day of the week. Many bargains can be found, especially leather goods, rugs and souvenirs. Less than 3 minutes walk from the villa you can walk amongst the local countryside (Common land) and enjoy the orange and lemon groves, almond trees and herbs that grow wild.

Casa Rosa is situated within the Panorama Golf Complex next to Villamartin Golf Course. The complex is less than 5km from La Zenia, which is about 65km drive (40-45mins) south of Alicante airport.

FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT Follow the exit signs out of Alicante Airport hire car / car park and turn right (one way). Drive up to the T-Junction and turn left and then follow the signs for the A7-E15 (Torrievieja, Cartegena, Murcia). Once you are on the A7-E-15 driving towards Murcia, after approx. 24Km take the AP7 to Torrevieja/Cartegena. After 39Km (you will go through one toll booth) take the La Zenia exit and go through another toll booth and up to the roundabout. NB. The toll booth cost is €3. Take the ‘left turn’ (4th exit) at the roundabout to Villamartin and go over the flyover (over the AP7). Keep straight on for approx. 2.8 Km going over two small roundabouts until you come to a T-Junction, then turn left. Keep left, go over some speed bumps (golf course on either side) and you will see some villas on your right hand side, this is Panorama Golf. Casa Rosa is the last villa on your right, just before the small roundabout and about 800m from the T-Junction.
