Apartment in Benalmadena Beschreibung
As you can see from the photograph Santa Ana is just across the road from the beach so has stunning sea views. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby from your typical Spanish chringuito (beach bar) with freshly cooked sardines and other fish dishes to restaurants offering international cuisine. Entertainment venues are all within easy walking distance. The apartment is south facing so benefits from the sun most of the day and has a small furnished terrace.

Malaga airport is only a 20 minute drive from Benalmadena. Airport transfers can be arranged to take you directly to the apartment you have booked but if you prefer to use public transport taxis are available right outside the airport. The train statio

Payment Policy
Payment into bank either in Pounds Sterling or Euros. Paypal accepted.
A £150 per week non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed booking form detailing party members and accepting terms and conditions. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Apartments must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. If there are no guests arriving or departing on the same day this is flexible.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is requested more than eight weeks in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within the eight weeks prior to the letting the owner will retain the rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period).
Rules
Although this is advertised as a smoking apartment for the consideration of others using the apartment we kindly request smoking guests use the outside balcony.
Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs.
Airport transfers can be arranged with an English speaking driver.
Other apartments available for rent from Studios to Villas with Private Pools.
Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided.
