The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, one complete bathroom with two sinks, a bath, bidet, etc. and on the ground floor there is a WC for extra comfort. From the master bedroom, there are some exterior stairs that go from the balcony, to the roof-top terrace where there is a washing machine and several loungers.

One accesses the house from the promenade through the private garden. The lounge is spacious, fully furnished with a chimney ideal for BBQing or cooking sardines. There is also a TV and a DVD player in the lounge with some films in various languages for entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. From the kitchen, there is a second private patio with table and chairs ... past this gated terrace, you arrive at the pool and communal area.

The residential complex is made up of 20 villas and it's an ideal spot to spend a family holiday. In the mornings, you can go for a 10 minute walk to the local bakery for fresh bread and croisants. Return to fresh orange juice and a peacefull breakfast in the garden while watching the early risers arrive at the beach. The rest of the day is up to you... you can go to the beach, for a morning swim, go for a walk on the promenade, spend the day at Port Aventura, Costa Caribe, Aqopolis, go on a Jeep safari excursion into the mountains... go diving, sailing, fishing or discovering the area on a tour guided bike ride with the family.
