VILLA with stunning sea views.
This superb villa is located in the prestigious and tranquil urbanisation of Las Lomas de Mijas just 1.5 km from Mijas Pueblo, and 25 minutes' from Malaga Airport. The villa is situated in an elevated position so it enjoys panoramic views over the countryside and the Mediterranean sea.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and there is a flat screen television receiving SKY free to air channels. The kitchen/diner is very spacious and well equipped. On this floor there is also a guest cloakroom.
Stairs lead down to the lower level where you will find 4 double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with sunken bath and walk in shower cubicle and patio doors out to the exterior. Two of the other double bedrooms share a family bathroom while the fourth bedroom also has an en-suite.
Outside there is a summer kitchen with barbecue, terraces for you to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views, and the swimming pool which is set in level gardens.

* You can take a Taxi at Malaga airport to Mijas, but it can be a little expensive almost the same as renting a car for a week.
