A spacious 3 bedroom traditional stone farmhouse which has been totally renovated over the past 4 years. The house can be rented together with La Casita(771574).It provides a welcoming home in which to relax, in fact people who come here really don´t want to leave!

For example within 7km we have all the facilities that you might need for your holiday. There are at least 3 swimming pools and a river beach within 7km, as well as a PGA standard golf course and a 9 hole one as well. Restaurants abound and our "local" one is within 2km. Supermarkets, Hospital, Police, Railway station and museums are situated in Monforte de Lemos, our nearest small city which is about 7km. Farmhouse Lage
Our nearest airport is an hour and half drive away at Santiago de Compostella. There are also airports at La Coruña, Vigo, Oporto and Asturias. Monforte de Lemos has a train service and there is a bus station there as well.

Payment Policy
All Rates are in Euros.

Discounts are available for Casa do Pepe for parties of 4 or fewer. Early booking discounts are also available for bookings made at least 4 months in advance. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival, and is also non-refundable.

Please send in the inquiry form for further information on discounts or for a quotation for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy
We strongly suggest that you take out travel insurance so that in the event of unexpected cancellations your costs are covered.

Rules
Some General rules:-

Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Please do not throw cigarette ends into the garden or countryside. The risk of fires in the summer is very high. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

The rubbish is collected on Thursdays. There is a bin in the village and another at the end of the lane.

On Departure

All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.

The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.

All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.

Leave keys on kitchen table.
