The villa is situated at 2,1 kilometres from the village, accessible by a normal asphalted road, the last 200 meters are by a well kept track. There is a big parking space, a terrace of 150 square meters with a barbeque and a swimming pool of 8x4. The whole plot is 2.700 square meters big and the entrance is fenced. On the inside you'll find a living room with an open kitchen with all facilities (oven, microwave, dishwasher, stereo system and LCD television).

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and on suite bathroom, one with two single beds and one with three single beds. There is another bathroom with toilet. Mosquitoes are kept outside with fly screens at all windows. The distance to the beach is 16 kilometres, to the airport 75 and to the Nature Park 3 km.

Apartment María situated at the first floor of a building in the village of Cómpeta. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom, living room with open kitchen and a terrace. There is space for four persons and it has all the commodities one could ask for: fully equipped kitchen, satellite dish and fantastic views towards the sea and mountains. The apartment is situated near the center of the village and very close to the local acclimatized swimming pool, the local schools and has nearby parking space.
