\\r\\nCosta Brava has a lovely climate all year round. Warm sunny summers, pleasant spring and autumn and mild winters making it a great vacation location all year round. Skiing is just an hour away in the mountains to the north in the winter time making it the ultimate winter vacation as well as summer vacation.\\r\\n\\r\\nBarcelona is just an hour away, Figueres is an hour away. France is also an hour away. All this makes Sant Feliu a great location for vacation.

\\r\\nThis is a three storey house in excellent condition. This is our first time renting it. On the ground floor is the kitchen and the comfortable iving room/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a toilet room on the ground floor. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and one family bathroom. Bedroom one has a large double bed which can be separated into two single beds. This room has an ensuite bathroom. There is also another double room which has two single beds and a third bedroom which has one single bed. Each room has plenty wardrobe space. On the third floor is the sun room and a furnished solarium which affords totally private sunbathing. In the alcove of this solarium is another single bed. There are tvs in the living room, the single bedroom and in the solarium. We have british satellive tv. The house has its own landscaped garden which has sunshine and plenty shade too. Unfortunately, we dont yet have photos of the bedrooms to show you yet - we never bothered to take them before and have not been out for a couple of months - we will have them in the next couple of weeks. Very importantly, on arrival in S. Feliu, we have someone there to meet you and take you to our house. This person speaks fluent spanish.

\\r\\nOur house is in a small select housing development. Residencial Vigata is beautifully mature at this stage - its back is to the forest and its front is to the sea . Les Penas ( our district) is considered to be one of the nicest, most select parts of S. Feliu. The pool area is very pleasant, a quiet early morning swim or at late evening feels like your own private paradise - during the day people come and go from there to the beach - its absolutely never crowded.

If we manage to re let the property we will refund 75% of the monies paid- on the basis that we will have to discount the property to let it at short notice
