The house consists of 3 levels:

Ground Floor: A street is a garage, outdoor terrace. Entering the house is the foyer, on the right. Kitchen, next door there in shower room. The terrace has an awning. 1st Floor: Three bedrooms, one double with wardrobe, bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds, wardrobe and one single room with wardrobe. 2nd Floor: A solarium, there are clotheslines and has running water. The orientation of the house is two-fold: North and South.

In the center of town and the marina area there are plenty of bars and terraces where you can sample tapas and rice dishes.
